Paypal used to be free....claiming to always be free. You could ship money back and forth from one user to the next. They even paid you something like $20 if you referred someone who signed up. It was great.. until ebay bought it, and you know the rest. Your idea would work, because it had worked in the past.

The idea is really good. And in today's world, I think it would take off. There is a lot more spending online and that number is only going to increase. As long as you can get the right backers and dealers...go for it.
